We offer pick-up and drop-off from locations such as Ishigaki Airport, hotels, or the port, so you can focus on enjoying the tour without the stress of transportation.

Method of Contact After Tour Reservation
The day before the tour, your assigned guide will contact you by phone (or email) to provide the details.

Pickup time and meeting time will be confirmed the day before. If you notice a missed call, please return the call as it will be a confirmation of time and items to bring.
Pickup Area
The pickup area is limited to the surrounding areas of the city center (approximately a 10-minute range from the city center). The following areas are outside the pickup range: Miyara, Shiraho, Kainan, Kawahara, Nagura, Osato, Sakioka, Kabira, and Ishigaki Airport. We kindly ask you to meet at either Ishigaki Port or the shop by rental car or public bus.

Since the pickup is a shared ride, the travel time may be longer. If you have a rental car, we recommend meeting directly at the shop, where free parking is available. Especially during public holidays (Golden Week, Silver Week) and summer (July to September), it gets very crowded, so we appreciate your cooperation.
Cancellation & Changes
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

10 to 1 day before the tour: 50% of the participation fee

On the day of the tour: 100% of the participation fee

No cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances such as poor weather or flight cancellations.

The decision to proceed with the tour will be based on sea conditions, not weather. (The tour will proceed even if it rains.)
For changes to your reservation, please contact the email address (or phone number) listed in the reservation confirmation email.
Other Important Notes

During the tour, please only bring drinks or waterproof cameras. Any clothing changes can be stored in the shop’s secure lockers.

We offer waterproof camera rentals for ¥2,000 (including an SD card). You can also request this during the phone confirmation the day before the tour.

For customers over the age of 60, a medical history report or doctor’s note is required.

For customers under the age of 20, a parent or guardian’s signature is required.

If the parent or guardian cannot attend with the child on the day of the tour, prior consent must be provided in writing.

Only participants weighing 100kg or less can join the tour.
