1. Transportation Service
Complimentary pick-up and drop-off is available in the city center and Kabira Bay areas.

Once your reservation is confirmed, our guide will contact you via email or phone.
Details such as pick-up time and meeting location will be provided by the guide the day before your tour.
3. Participation Requirements

The maximum weight per kayak is 150 kg.

Pregnant individuals, those under medical exercise restrictions, or those under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to join the tour.

If you have any health concerns, please mention them in the comments section when making your reservation.
4. Tour Cancellation Due to Weather
Tours may be altered or canceled due to weather conditions such as strong winds, rough seas, or thunderstorms.
In such cases, we will notify you by message or phone call.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made for personal reasons will incur the following fees:

Up to 5 days before the tour: Free of charge

4 to 1 day before the tour (until 6:00 PM): 50% of the tour fee

After 6:00 PM on the day before the tour or no-shows: 100% of the tour fee

6. Additional Information
Please note that drone photography may not be available during inclement weather or strong winds.
