How to contact us after making a tour reservation
After a reservation is made, the guide in charge will call (or e-mail) you by the day before the tour to inform you of the details.
Reservations will be made on request.
Please note that there is a case that the tour may be declined due to full capacity.
About pick-up and drop-off
We offer free pick-up and drop-off services mainly within a 10-minute radius of the city center.
If you are picked up at the airport or your accommodation is in the Kabira or northern area, please meet us at the store by rental car or local bus.
The guide in charge will inform you of the pick-up time and other details after the reservation is made.
Precautions
Marine activities are more strenuous than daily life, so only healthy and fit people between the ages of 3 and 65 are allowed to participate.
Please consult with us in advance if you have any concerns about your health or physical fitness.
For your safety, please follow the guide’s instructions during the tour.
Please take responsibility for your own actions and take frequent breaks.
If the staff determines that the participant’s health, physical condition, or skills are such that they cannot ensure your safety, you may not be allowed to participate or continue on the tour.
Clothing and personal belongings
Please refrain from wearing high heeled, unstable footwear as it is dangerous.
Please note that the tour may be cancelled or the point or time may be changed due to weather or sea conditions.
Other precautions
The boat has a roof to protect you from the sun.
Toilet facilities are available. Please follow the instructions of the staff and guides while on board.
Cancellation Policy
You are deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions at the time of application.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation for your convenience, the following cancellation fees will apply
- The day before: 50% of the reservation fee
- On the day of cancellation: 100% of the reservation fee
- Cancellation without notice: 100% of the reservation fee
