Cancellation
Please note that the tour may be cancelled due to weather or sea conditions on the day of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation for your convenience, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
- 8 days prior to 23:59: Free
- 4 days prior to 23:59: 30%
- 2 days prior to 23:59: 40%
- 1 day prior to 16:59: 50%
- and thereafter: 100%
*No cancellation fee will be charged in case of force majeure such as cancellation of tour due to bad weather or flight cancellation.
Requirements
- Healthy people between the ages of 6 and 65 years old are eligible to participate in snorkeling.
- Those with a history of epilepsy or heart disease, or who are pregnant (including those who may be) are not eligible to participate.
- Those with a history of circulatory, respiratory, diabetes, or other medical conditions must obtain prior written consent to participate from a physician.
- Participation in marine sports after consuming alcohol is not permitted.
Other Notes
- If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend that you prepare anti-sickness medicine in advance. Generally speaking, the most effective time is 30 minutes before the departure of the boat.
- It may be hot or cold depending on the weather, so a jacket that is easy to put on and take off is useful.
- There may be times when fishing is not possible, but no refunds will be made in that case. We will do our best to catch fish!
