Children 6 years old and up are welcome to join.
We provide a complete set of equipment necessary for snorkeling, as well as life jackets and special shoes as safety gear.
A guide certified as a water rescue specialist will accompany you, so first-timers don’t need to worry.

1. Pick up and drop off
The pick up and drop off area is Uehara Port in Iriomote Island and hotels in Uehara area in Iriomote Island.
2. How to contact us after booking the tour
The guide will contact you by e-mail or phone when the reservation is confirmed.
The guide will contact you the day before the reservation date for details such as pick up and drop off, meeting time, etc.
3. Eligibility
For safety reasons, the following are not allowed to participate in the tour
・Pregnant
・Drunken or hung-over
・Pacemaker or heart problems
・People with respiratory problems (asthma, etc.)
・People with mental disorders (epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorder, etc.)
・Cardiovascular problems
・Cerebrovascular problems
・People with physical disabilities
・People with diabetes
・People with hearing or visual impairment only
*Please consult with us in advance if you wish to participate in the tour accompanied by a helper or interpreter.
・People who weigh 100 kg or more (plans include SUP canoeing/canyoning)
・People with other chronic illnesses, fevers, injuries, etc.
*Please inform us in advance if you have only minor symptoms.
4. Tour cancellation
・The meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day of the tour. The store will inform you of the meeting place and time the day before the tour.
・Tour schedule is subject to change depending on the weather, tide level, and number of participants on the day of the tour.
The tour will be held rain or shine. However, we reserve the right to cancel the tour if we deem the field to be unsafe.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the customer for any reason will incur the following cancellation fees.
・Cancellation up to 5 days prior to the tour: Free of charge
・Cancellation 4 days prior to the tour to 6pm the day before: 50%
・Cancellation after 6pm the day before or without notice: 100% of the tour fee

6. Other
・Please change into clothes that you don’t mind getting wet before coming to the event.
・Please use the restroom before coming to the event (there are no restrooms near the site). (There are no restrooms near the site.)
・Please contact us in advance if you will be late.
・We will guide you to the best field depending on the wind direction, tide level, and crowds on the day of the tour.
*There is a possibility that we will guide you to the sea instead of the mangrove.
