This is a special plan for Iriomote Island guests only. If you stay at a hotel in the Uehara area, we will pick you up and drop you off for free.
All equipment necessary for the activity can be rented free of charge, so please feel free to join us.
The photos taken will be given to you free of charge! You will receive them by the end of the day so you can post them on SNS and look back on your memories anytime. Capture your best smile along with the beautiful scenery.

1. Pick up and drop off
The pick up and drop off area is the hotel in Uehara area of Iriomote Island.
2. How to contact us after booking the tour
The guide will contact you by e-mail or phone when the reservation is confirmed.
The guide will contact you the day before the reservation date for details such as pick-up and meeting time.
3. Eligibility
For safety reasons, the following are not permitted to participate in the tour.
・Pregnant
・Drunken or hungover
・Pacemaker or heart problems
・People with respiratory problems (asthma, etc.)
・People with mental disorders (epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorder, etc.)
・Cardiovascular problems
・Cerebrovascular problems
・Disabled
・Diabetes People with diabetes
・People with hearing or visual impairment only
*Please consult with us in advance if you wish to participate in the seminar accompanied by a helper or interpreter.
・People who weigh 100 kg or more
・People with other chronic illnesses, fevers, injuries, etc.
*Please inform us in advance if your symptoms are not serious.
・For SUP, the age range is 12-59 years old; if you have a guest between 6 and 11 years old, please choose canoeing.
4. Cancellation of the event
・Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day of the tour. The store will contact you the day before the tour with details about the meeting place and time.
・Tour schedule is subject to change depending on the weather, tide level, and number of participants on the day of the tour.
The tour will be held rain or shine. However, we reserve the right to cancel the tour if we deem the field to be unsafe.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the customer for any reason will incur the following cancellation fees.
・Cancellation up to 5 days before the tour: Free of charge
・Cancellation 4 days before the tour to 18:00 the day before: 50%
・Cancellation after 18:00 the day before or without notice: 100% of the participation fee
Please contact the e-mail address (or phone number) listed in the reservation confirmation e-mail for any change or cancellation of the tour.
6. Others
・Please change into clothes that can get wet before you arrive at the tour site.
・Please use the restroom before coming to the tour. (There are no restrooms near the site.)
・Please contact us in advance if you will be late.
・We will guide you to the best field depending on the wind direction, tide level, and crowds on the day of the tour.
※There is a possibility that we will guide you to the sea instead of the mangrove.
