SUP gives you the feeling of walking on the water. Experienced guides will teach you how to paddle and balance your canoe, so don’t worry even if you are a beginner.

1. Pick-up and Drop-off
If you are staying at accommodations (hotels, etc.) in the southern part of Ishigaki Island, our guide will pick you up at the entrance. Please contact us if you stay in the central or northern part of the island.
The local meeting place is Jellyfish (near Yonehara Beach), not Kabira Bay.
A separate parking fee (300Yen) will be charged for those who wish to meet at the local meeting point.
2. How to contact us after booking a tour
Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day of the tour. The day before the tour, the store will contact you to inform you of the meeting place and time. If you do not hear from the store by the evening of the previous day, please call 0980-87-5722 (Ishigaki Island ADVENTURE PiPi).
3. Eligibility requirements
The age range is from 5 to 59 years old.
For safety reasons, we do not allow the following people to participate in the tour.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.

・People with hearing or visual impairment only
*Please consult with us in advance if you wish to participate in the tour accompanied by a helper or interpreter.
・People who weigh 100 kg or more (plans include SUP canoeing/canyoning)
・People with other chronic illnesses, fevers, injuries, etc.

4. Cancellation of the tour
The tour will be held rain or shine, but we will make a decision if we cannot ensure the safety of the field. Tour will be held rain or shine, but may be cancelled if we deem the field unsafe.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the customer for any reason will incur the following cancellation fees.
・Cancellation up to 5 days before the tour: Free of charge
・Cancellation 4 days before the tour to 6 pm the day before the tour: 50%
・After 6 pm the day before the tour or no-show cancellation: 100% of the tour fee

Please change into clothes that can get wet before the tour.
Please use the restroom before coming to the event. (There are no restrooms near the site.)
Please contact us in advance if you will be late.
Lunch may not be served around Kabira Bay if the tour content is changed due to bad weather.
Hot showers are available around Ishigaki Port Terminal. Please ask your guide if you would like to use it.
