1. Pick up and drop off
Pick up and drop off is available for those staying in the southern area of Ishigaki Island.

The guide will contact you by email or phone when your reservation is confirmed.
The guide will contact you the day before the reservation date for details such as pick-up and meeting time.
3. Eligibility requirements

No cancellation fee will be charged if the store deems it impossible to hold the event due to weather or traffic conditions.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the customer for any reason will incur the following cancellation fees.
・Cancellation up to 5 days prior to the tour: Free of charge
・Cancellation 4 days prior to the tour to 6pm the day before: 50%
・Cancellation after 6pm the day before or without notice: 100% of the tour fee
