Before departure, you will be briefed on how to put on the harness and how to fly. Experienced captains and friendly staff will take good care of you, so first-timers and children can enjoy the experience with ease. If you are not comfortable with heights, don’t worry, as they will adjust the height to suit you.

This plan includes a free rental of GOPRO to capture the aerial view. All data will be delivered on line on the same day, so you can share your memories immediately. In addition to photography, we can also provide drone aerial photography and video production services so that you can record a special experience that you will never forget.

2. How to contact us after booking a tour
The guide will contact you by e-mail or phone when your reservation is confirmed.
The guide will contact you the day before the reservation date with details about pick-up and meeting time.
3. Eligibility
Pregnant women, people with exercise restrictions from their doctor, and people under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to participate in the course.
If you have any other concerns or symptoms, please consult with us in the remarks column when making a reservation.
4. Cancellation of the course
The course may be cancelled due to weather (waves, wind, rain) or ocean conditions on the day of the course.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the store deems that the event cannot be held due to weather or traffic conditions.
5.Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the customer for any reason will incur the following cancellation fees.
・Cancellation up to 5 days prior to the tour: Free of charge
・Cancellation 4 days prior to the tour to 6 pm the day before: 50%
・Cancellation after 6 pm the day before or without notice: 100% of the tour fee
