Meeting and Transportation
We do not provide transportation. Please use a rental car, cab, bus, or other means of transportation.
Free parking is available.
Restrictions
- Elementary school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, while junior high school students and minors must have parental consent to participate.
- Those with a history of epilepsy or heart disease, or who are pregnant (including those who may be) are not permitted to participate.
- Those with a history of circulatory, respiratory, diabetic, or other medical conditions must obtain prior written consent from a physician.
Cancellation of the tour
Please note that the tour may be cancelled due to weather or sea conditions on the day of the tour.
We will do our best to make a decision by the evening of the day before the tour, but wind and sea conditions can change in an instant, so please understand that the tour may be canceled at the last minute for safety reasons if the weather suddenly worsens or the sea conditions are poor.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation for your convenience, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
- ～Cancellation until 17:00 2 days prior to the tour: Free of charge
- 100% of the reservation fee after 17:00 2 days prior to the tour
*No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to poor ocean conditions.
